Parchment-Wrapped SalmonParchment-Wrapped Salmon
Fold a 20 by 13 inch piece of parchment paper in half, and cut into a heart. Open the heart and place 1/2 tablespoon butter, leeks, and shallots, to the right of the fold. Top with one 6 ounce piece of salmon, and drizzle with white wine. Place 2-3 paper thin slices of lemon on top and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon dill. Seal the package, starting at the top of the heart, by folding tightly. Bake at 425° F for 20 minutes.
